Where it lives
In a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Messages are delivered through
Twilio and WhatsApp (Meta), who process your number to carry the message —
the same way any WhatsApp message travels.

REMOVE 1 — drop one train
STOP / START — pause and resume all pings
DELETE — erase your number, trains and history permanently
The legal bit
We message you because you asked us to — you set up your trains yourself and
messaged us first (that's our lawful basis: your consent). We keep your data
